The Kooba Paige arrived in my mailbox on Saturday in the Bergdorf Goodman Fall Preview magazine. What a gorgeous bag! And a great price! There is already a long list for this one, so if you want it you should definitely call BG and get on the list. The bag should be arriving sometime next month. YAY for fall!

Yes, the bourbon. That's the one shown in the photo. Now I just hope it is really THAT color! But BG has a great return policy just in case. As of yesterday you can also pre-order on the BG website.

I just pre-ordered the Bourbon from BG. I hope it is a nice brown distressed leather. I think it will be :)

Hi New York State of Mind,

I'm a city gal from the UK and would be interested to know, as you're obviously a gal that appreciates fine hangbags! Would you chose the Chloe Paddington or the Edith - if you could only have one!?

Hope to hear from you

Hi Claire! I hope that you check back here, since I have no e-mail address at which to contact you! Between the Paddington and Edith, I chose the Edith. I have it in the whiskey color and the medium size. The shape is classic, and the styling is a bit vintage...you don't have the issues of the huge lock being in the way, chipping, etc. Also I think the Edith style has more longevity than the Paddington, so a wider age range can carry the bag and it won't be "out" next year in terms of fashion. Also, we have not seen the Edith on all the starlets, which is sometimes a good thing. What color are you thinking of getting? There are many new colors for fall, and the mastic and gris-vert looks promising if you are not a whiskey fan.

Cheers,
ET
