About Me
- Name: ET
- Location: apparently Owasso, Oklahoma
I am a Manhattan girl currently trapped in Oklahoma. It is "T minus about two years" before my reprieve. In the meantime I must vent my frustrations at the lack of Sephora, Tiffany, Brownstones, the subway system, and virtually everything else NYC.

I had NO clue about this one! Has she made any others?
No, this is the first, and was set to come out this fall. But I guess we can get it earlier through pre-order. LT and I knew about it. I am giving it a try.
Ruffian, you forget that I rode horses (and showed hunter/jumper) for years. My parents used to drop me off at the barn at about 8 a.m. and pick me up in the evening. I am quite used to the smell of stables, being covered in dirt at the end of the day, and being -- in general -- a barn rat. Nothing wrong with that.
Although I'm a city gal, I am aware of the nasty horse smell. And other animals. And me. :)
In fact, last Saturday I went to a Drillers game with my mentee and we walked in through the back and the smell of horse was overwhelming.
See, I don't think of it as a "nasty horse smell"...I have great memories of spending hours grooming horses, bathing horses, riding, braiding manes for shows, polishing and cleaning tack, and just hanging out. In fact, one year the family went on a vacation to Colorado and there was a stable. I spent two days at the stable helping them clean just to be around the horses. And LT and I are planning to have a couple when we move East. Maybe it's really bad at the track, I don't know, but where I was it smelled "horsey" but it was almost a good thing.
